Maine Association of Agricultural Composters

www.meaac.org

The Maine Association of Agricultural Composters (MEAAC)

was formed in 2007.  Composters dealing with agricultural waste currently fall under the same regulations as facilities making compost from human waste, when clearly there should be a line drawn between the two.  MEAAC was formed so that Agricultural composters would have a political voice in Augusta.
